Taps with large area, high endurance and not easy to break

The extrusion tap is a new type of thread cutter which uses the principle of metal plastic deformation to process the internal thread. The extrusion tap internal thread is a chipless processing technology, and is especially suitable for copper alloys and aluminum alloys with low strength and good plasticity. It can also be used for tapping of materials with low hardness and plasticity such as stainless steel and low carbon steel, and has a long service life. The thread surface extruded by the extrusion tap has a high surface finish, the metal fiber of the thread does not break, and a chill layer is formed on the surface to improve the strength and wear resistance of the thread.

1. There is no chip groove, and the tap area is large, so the endurance, the torsion strength is large, the tap life is long, and there is no interference of cutting, so it is not easy to break.

2, no chip will be generated when tapping, because no chip is suitable for threading of blind holes and can save the processing time of chips

3, the female thread plastic flow forming surface is good in thickness, and the effective deviation is less.

4. The working surface of the internal thread is beautiful and smooth, and the material fiber is not cut continuously. The thread strength is increased by 30%.

5. Plastic processing method is used as the processing tool for female thread. It is suitable for materials with good ductility. Scope of application: aluminum, red copper, zinc, brass, low carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal tapping
